  • 52.5% of complaints submitted in Q4 2024 were from 10 individuals compared to 82% for Q4 2023.

Full Year 2024

  • For 2024, overall complaints were 34.3% higher than the same period in 2023.
  • In 2024, the number of individuals submitting complaints was 1% higher than the same period in 2023.
    • Overall complaints against arrivals in 2024 were up 54.4% and the number of individuals submitting complaints was up 8.4% compared to the same period in 2023.
    • Overall complaints against departures in 2024 were up 5.9% and the number of individuals submitting complaints was down 3.1% compared to the same period in 2023.
  • 69.7% of complaints submitted in 2024 were from 10 individuals compared to 76.8% for 2023.
