Toronto Pearson believes that being a good neighbour means balancing its operations by investing locally and engaging with the communities around it as it grows responsibly. The airport is committed to meaningful conversations with its neighbours and industry partners as it works towards reducing noise impacts.
As part of the airport’s Noise Management Program, the Noise Management Forums were created to engage surrounding communities and stakeholders on issues related to noise management. The forums are comprised of several different meetings and briefings throughout the year with communities and stakeholders, including public meetings and a neighbourhood table.
Toronto Pearson also hosts community open houses and partners in community events across the region.
