Published reports received the following changes:
Item 1: Labels – DONE
- Labels modified to explain difference in totals between Arrivals/Departures and by Location – Instead of correlated complaints for Arr/Dep can you change to Complaints against Operations? The public won’t understand what correlated means.
Item 2: Data comparison between report and data generated in ANOMS – Explained
- Numbers should now match between monthly and quarterly – The numbers for quarterly and monthly are the same. But if we do a manual pull for correlated and closed complaints, we get different numbers than InsightFull. Sending an email with an excel file for this. Thanks for looking at this. We’re definitely having issues with the auto-processing ever since we upgraded our ANOMS. Looks like it is going back and making historical changes to the quarter as well, since we don’t touch the data once we clean it up around the 5th of the next month. We’ll connect with Monica/Myles.

IMPORTANT:
Although complaint is correlated to an operation, complaint runway was not set to the same runway as the operation. It seems that process which populates operation related data into complaint may have missed this complaint. Please speak to Monica to check this process.

Above results were from query _Noise Office Complaint Report – Status = Closed. There seems to still be changes being applied to complaints in this quarter. Further check showed status getting set to Closed. Depending on the time the report refreshes and time complaints receive a change, the values may not be the same. Q4 2020 seem to be more stable i.e. no more changes done to complaints.
Review reports received the following changes:
- Changes to published reports have also been applied to review reports – Instead of Q1 2021 under select a quarter it says “Report Quarter”. Can this be changed to specify which quarter it is? Also the numbers look a bit diff than what we’re manually pulling. We will look at this properly tomorrow. Can we also have the data labels in the chart same as the ops report?
Power BI still has limitation on automatically selecting the first item in a list. Inorder to avoid manually editing the report after refresh, the solution is to show “Report Quarter” and on the top right hand corner of the page, it shows the quarter selected. When this limitation is resolved, we will reverse this solution. That’s fine, we can leave that alone then.
- Report Quarter/Year on LHS filter (this is due to Power BI not have ability to automatically change selected Quarter/Year after refresh)

- Totals for Preferential and Restricted hours added next to category buttons and also bottom of LHS filter. Please confirm which one is preferred. Should these totals also be applied to Operation report? – Yes, please add the preferential totals only to the Operations report, but not the restricted hours.
Can you please confirm which one you prefer – top RHS next to the category buttons or bottom LHS below the quarter filter. I think on the side. They look a bit too cramped at the top.
